Steps in the Discovering Diversity Profile Virtual Train the Trainer
- Conduct your first conference call with your Master Trainer to discuss the objectives for your upcoming training program. At this time you will also schedule your three additional conference calls.
- Complete the Discovering Diversity Profile Online and print the results on your printer (color or black & white). Click here to view a sample.
- Review the Discovering Diversity Profile Facilitator Kit to prepare for your next phone discussion.
- Discuss the four Discovering Diversity Profile levels of Knowledge, Acceptance, Understanding, and Behavior with your Master Trainer and the tools and applications found in the Discovering Diversity Profile Facilitator Kit.
- Administer and interpret a Discovering Diversity Profile (Paper Version) to one person. Review the Facilitator Kit.
- Conduct a phone discussion with your Master Trainer to learn about the Discovering Diversity Profile Online Group Report.
- Review the Discovering Diversity Facilitator Kit and PowerPoint CD-ROM and design a preliminary outline for your upcoming training session.
- Discuss your training session with your Master Trainer, including exercises and reinforcement ideas to keep the concepts alive in your organization.
