This report provides a comparison between your behavioral tendencies described by the Personal Profile System and the behavioral expectations of a role as defined by the Role Behavior Analysis. This information can be used for:

• A coaching and counseling process
• Structuring a dialogue
• Developing an action plan

2) Upon placing your order, we will assign you two access codes that you will receive via email, one for the DiSC Personal Profile System, and one for Role Behavior Analysis.

3) Click on the link in the first email and complete the online response form (only takes 10 - 15 minutes). Follow the same procedure for the Role Behavior Analysis.

4) Upon completion, our system will generate your DiSC Personal Profile System and Role Behavior Analysis reports in one PDF file, which you may view, print, download to your computer, or send via email.

5) We will then email you the comparison of the Personal Profile System and Role Behavior Analysis report via email.
