Lateral Thinking Course Format
Participants will learn techniques for generating new ideas and solving problems. The course is primarily demonstration and practice of these techniques.
Lateral Thinking seminars are highly interactive with a great deal of practice using the techniques in small groups. Some lecture is necessary in order to answer questions raised by participants and to demonstrate the techniques.
Learners will have several opportunities to practice the techniques on real issues. This practice leads to confidence as well as competence.
