Sales Assistant - This position has been filled

We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated individual with excellent phone and written communication skills. The chosen candidate must prioritize tasks efficiently, pay close attention to detail, and enjoy working both independently and closely with coworkers. Candidates with experience in the training and development industry preferred, but not required. Sales / customer service experience desired.

Your Main Responsibilities Would Include:

  • Answering and responding to incoming calls and emails from trainers and consultants throughout the U.S.
  • Following up with existing clients by phone and email to build relationships and cross-sell our products and services. No cold calling.
  • Entering and maintaining records in our database according to set standards
  • Processing phone and email orders for Inscape Publishing training assessments and training programs in Edward de Bono’s Creative Thinking Methods
  • Assisting with various company projects as directed

We’re looking for a candidate with a very positive attitude and strong work ethic who:

  • Is committed to superior customer service
  • Is confident speaking to and emailing business clients
  • Possesses excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
  • Enjoys working in a small office environment
  • Is proficient in Word, Internet, Outlook
  • Enjoys a variety of duties and learns new skills quickly
  • Adapts well to change
