Generate Additional Reports Without Having to Complete Additional Response Forms

Some reports in EPIC may be generated from an existing set of scores in your EPIC Account. This gives you the ability to generate another report for an individual without having them complete the response section again (and without having to enter tally box scores manually).

This EPIC feature applies to any of the Everything DiSC Profiles (Workplace | Management | Sales). For example, if you've had an employee complete the Everything DiSC Workplace Profile, you may also generate the Everything DiSC Management Profile from their Everything DiSC Workplace scores.

This EPIC feature also applies to the DiSC Classic 2.0, DiSC Classic 2 Plus, and DiSC PPSS profiles.

  • Go to Manage Reports
  • Locate the record that you want to use for creating the additional report by using Edit Existing Reports.
  • Select the Create an Additional Report button at the bottom of the page.
  • The drop down menu that is displayed when you click the Create an Additional Report button shows you all of the reports you may create from the existing scores.
  • When this option is selected, EPIC steps you through the process of creating the new report.
  • If you'd like the respondent view the new report immediately, select the Yes option for View Report Online.
  • You may also print the report yourself at the end of the process.
  • Since you are using existing responses, you do not need to enter any  scores manually or assign a new access code to the respondent.
  • EPIC will charge your account the number of EPIC Credits required to generate the new report upon creation.

  • Scroll down to bottom of page, click on Find and organize unfiled reports
  • In the left hand column, you’ll find a list of all reports that have not been filed

Batch Report Generation

"Batch Report Generation is great--it cut my time processing reports to about 10% of what I used to spend for a class. I was amazed. So easy to use."

The Batch Report Generation function allows you to generate a group of reports in a single process. This function creates a compressed (or zipped) file for you to download to your computer. It does not decrease the report generation time, nor does it print a batch of reports, but once you’ve downloaded the compressed file, you can print the reports individually, or all at once, using your printer capabilities.

Once the batch has completed processing and is ready for download, an email note will be sent to the EPIC Account Administrator. The EPIC home page will also display a message indicating that you have batch files available for download. Batch files will be retained on the system for seven days.

Batch Editing in EPIC

Batch Editing allows you to make changes to a group of EPIC reports all at once, rather than just one report at a time. Click to learn more about EPIC Account Batch Editing.
