Update Your Everything DiSC Workplace & Work of Leaders Facilitation Kits
The FREE Update for Everything DiSC Work of Leaders Kit is only available through 4.30.2013
The Everything DiSC Workplace® and Work of Leaders Facilitation Systems have been updated with the Adaptive Testing treatment. This Everything DiSC update requires you to register your Everything DiSC Facilitator Kit. Your Everything DiSC serial number can be found on the back of the User Guide included in the box with your product.
Beginning February 1, 2013 there will be a fee of $49 plus shipping to update your Everything DiSC Workplace kit.

Everything DiSC Products Are Now Using Adaptive Testing
The Everything DiSC assessments have become a lot more sophisticated. The updated scoring algorithm is using adaptive testing, a more advanced technology that will give participants the most precise DiSC style alignment possible.
Adaptive testing is currently being used in all the Everything DiSC profiles. As of now, the Everything DiSC Workplace® Profile, Supplement for Facilitators, and Comparison Reports are the only products that you can visually see a difference. Eventually, all the Everything DiSC profiles will be given the more visible adaptive testing.
The Work of Leaders - Now Available!
The newest DiSC Profile, the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders Profile is now available in your EPIC Account! The Work of Leaders uses a two-part assessment: a 79-item Everything DiSC assessment, and an additional piece that measures the leader in the areas of Vision, Alignment, and Execution. DiSC Leadership Profile Field Test
Resources Unlimited clients were invited to participate in a series of field tests of the newest Everything DiSC Profile from Inscape Publishing. Created with classroom-based learning in mind, The Work of Leaders is meant for anyone who wants to sharpen their leadership skills, whether they're an emerging leader or an experienced executive.
Participants had exclusive access to the new DiSC Profile and accompanying facilitation materials, including PowerPoint with embedded video, Leader's Guides, and Participant Handouts. This was a great opportunity for our clients to see how The Work of Leaders could fit into their future leadership development programs.

Resources Unlimited hosted an 8 Dimensions of Leadership Executive Briefing for the release of The 8 Dimensions of Leadership on May 12, 2011 in Des Moines, Iowa. Co-authors, Jeffrey Sugerman, Ph.D., and Mark Scullard, Ph.D., offered a broad perspective of the book and all of the behaviors needed to be an effective leader.
Attendees received a copy of The 8 Dimensions of Leadership and an access code for a personalized DiSC assessment map.
