- Discuss the Team Dimensions Model, Innovation Approaches, Innovation Roles, and Janssen’s Change Model with your Master Trainer.
- Administer and interpret a Team Dimensions Profile (Paper Version) to one person. Review the Facilitator Kit to understand the Innovation P.E.P. Cycle and the Z Process.
- Conduct a phone discussion with your Master Trainer to discuss the Innovation P.E.P. Cycle and Z Process and applications.

CD-ROM and design a preliminary outline for your upcoming training session.
- Discuss your training session with your Master Trainer, including exercises and reinforcement ideas to keep the concepts alive in your organization.
