Payment Options
We require payment prior to all training events, and before shipping materials or transferring EPIC Credits. Call 800-278-1292 or 515-278-1292 with any questions you may have.
Credit Card Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit card payments in our Online Store and by phone. Absolutely no additional fees when you pay by credit card.
Wire Transfer
Call to arrange payment by wire transfer. All wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Purchase Orders
Call to place an order using a purchase order. A Late Fee of $35 and a Finance Fee of 1.5% per month will be applied on past due invoices.
Returns/Exchanges
Each item that is returned or exchanged must be unopened, in perfect condition, and received within 15 days, or we will not issue a credit or exchange.
Resources Unlimited must first approve your return or exchange.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Code by calling 515-278-1292 before shipping any materials back to Resources Unlimited. We cannot accept returned merchandise without an authorization code issued by Resources Unlimited. There are some instances when we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
A separate shipping fee will apply for exchanges.

Policy on Previews
We charge a non-refundable $250 fee + shipping to preview one of our products. We charge your credit card $250 plus the cost to ship the item to you. We do not send invoices for previews. The $250 fee will apply towards your purchase of that item, if you decide to purchase it.
If the item is not returned to Resources Unlimited in the same condition it was shipped WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS of the day you receive the item, your credit card will be charged the full retail price of the product. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm Eastern, 4:00 pm Central, 3:00 pm Mountain, 2:00 pm Pacific will not be processed until the following business day.

No shipping fees will apply.
