What is DiSC?
DiSC is a model of human behavior that helps people understand “why they do what they do.” The dimensions of Dominance, influencing, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness make up the DiSC model and interact with other factors to describe human behavior.
Originally created by Dr. William Marston at Columbia University and researched and updated by Dr. John Geier and Inscape Publishing at the University of Minnesota, the DiSC model and its training assessments and various other tools have helped over 35 million people in 20+ languages over the last 40 years.

Our DiSC trainer will speak with you before your training seminar to discuss your goals and to determine the most effective DiSC training activities for your group.
DiSC Training Seminar Pre-Work
DiSC Training participants will receive an Online DiSC Profile access code via email 7-10 days prior to the DiSC training session and will complete their profile online.
DiSC Training Seminar - Learn to Speak DiSC
Participants will receive their personalized DiSC Profile at the DiSC training session.
DiSC training participants will gain a thorough understanding of the DiSC model of human behavior by participating in a series of interactive DiSC activities. They'll gain an in-depth understanding of their own individual behavioral style and preferences, and will learn to recognize the behavioral style of others. We will discuss each of the four DiSC styles in great detail.
Your team will learn to adapt their style to meet the needs of others. The DiSC training session will also provide strategies for communicating more effectively with other styles, which will reduce conflict, promote appreciation of differences, and enhance individual and team performance.
Each DiSC training participant will create an individual action plan to implement after the session.

We've developed a series of DiSC training seminars that use the Inscape DiSC model as a foundation for specific areas such as management, leadership, sales, customer service, teambuilding, conflict resolution, and more.
