DiSC profiles exist in both paper and online formats, and generally take 15-20 minutes to complete. The respondent answers a series of questions about his/her behavioral style, such as "I tend to be X" or "My colleagues would describe me as Y." The online version of DiSC automatically generates a detailed, highly personalized report about one’s behavioral styles. The paper profiles are self-scored and self-interpreted.
