Why should I send a case study to Resources Unlimited?

You may remember the feelings of anxiety and the questions you had when you first started as a DiSC Trainer. As an experienced DiSC Trainer, your knowledge is valuable to other coaches, trainers, consultants, and Human Resources professionals just like you. Your DiSC case study may help a similar organization understand the benefits of DiSC and steps to achieve in order to see similar results. Your case study will be viewed by other trainers and consultants.

We want our website to be a place for you to learn and share your experiences with the DiSC profile.

What will my DiSC case study be used for?

• We will create a library of submitted DiSC case studies for you to view at any time
• We will post a link to one DiSC case study per month on our DiSC Profile Blog

Resources Unlimited will not use your DiSC case study in any other way without first getting your permission.

How should I format my DiSC case study?

DiSC case studies should be no more than 500 words.

Please follow the following basic format so we can keep the DiSC case studies consistent:

1. The need
2. The solution
3. The delivery
4. The results:
   a. Measurable results
   b. Intangible results
5. Any comments you received from participants or supervisors
